"I had a policy with State Farm for 5-6yrs and Bob Duda was my agent. I had an accident and State Farm reported my accident twice and I just wanted something from them to show that I didn’t have 2 accidents but my agents office couldn’t help me even though it was State Farm’s fault for reporting 2 accidents instead of 1, I have tried calling Bob Duda’s office more than 10 times and they kept transferring me to a different call center where most of the people that spoke to me couldn’t understand English properly. Finally I spoke with someone by the name Kaitlyn and she told me categorically that Bob Duda’s office (my insurance agent) cannot help me. So I am just trying to put my experience out there so when you decide to make Bob Duda your insurance agent, you should know what you are signing up for. Once they have your business, you dare not have an issue because if you do, you will be on your own, they don’t care about you. I am beginning to believe that my accident was intentionally reported twice to make it difficult for me to get another insurance company to give me insurance. The very sad part is the rude and disrespectful way the lady spoke to me and it didn’t bother her that for 5 days I was in a bad spot. State Farm is a good insurance company but the people at Bob Duda’s office, they pick and choose who to be nice to and I don’t think that is right, every customer deserves to be treated with the same courtesy and fairness regardless of their skin color or nationality."

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced while trying to resolve this matter, especially if you encountered difficulties when contacting our office. We continuously work to improve our customer service and communication processes, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas for improvement. Regarding your concern about being treated differently based on skin color or nationality, we want to reassure you that we do not discriminate against any customer based on these factors or any other criteria. Our goal is to provide equal and fair treatment to all of our customers.
